Our Team
Daniel Labrador, a Philadelphia native, has worked in construction since 1997 and founded Lyon Contracting Services in 2011. As the son of Cuban immigrants, he built the company on hard work, opportunity, and the belief that construction should leave a lasting impact.
Under his leadership, Lyon has partnered with local universities, community development corporations, faith-based organizations, and social impact developers to deliver projects that strengthen neighborhoods across the region. Dan has been recognized for his business leadership and community focus, including graduating from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program (2018) and receiving the Philadelphia Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week Award from Mayor Jim Kenney and the Office of Economic Opportunity (2019).
Dan’s approach reflects Lyon’s culture — building with integrity, investing in people, and creating opportunities for the next generation. His work continues to position Lyon as a trusted, minority-owned contractor.
